Does Mr. Muggles need a Season One Summery?

It can probably be done, but I think an attempt to summarize his appearances would be a bit difficult to accurately do. Furthermore, most his episode summaries are a line or two long, and I figure it will be a long, long time before page length becomes an issue. • I agree with you. I'd much rather see the whole thing restored. The page wasn't very long in the first place, and a summary would sound silly: "Mr. Muggles curls up with Sandra. Three State Driving Limit

Hello! My nickname is Lektor (but not Hannibal), and I edit the German Heroes wiki. English is not my native language, so please forgive any mistakes (or, even better, point them out so that I can improve my English). I came across the following quote in the comic "Normal Lives":

"I know we can't wait to get to our new home in sunny California, but Mr. Muggles has a three state driving limit. He is putting his little paw down and I can't say I blame him."

Can you explain the "three state driving limit" to me? Is this a joke? Is there such a thing as a three state driving limit in the USA? If so, which states does it cover? (The above was written by me on Jan 10, 2009. Lektor 08:58, 10 January 2010 (EST))

As far as I can tell, your english is absolutely fine. I'm not from the US but I don't think there is a three state driving limit for dogs. When I read it I assummed they meant Mr Muggles would have to get out every three states for a walk and rest and food, hence why they said he was putting his little paw down, which is a play on the human phrase putting your foot down.
