Looking at the pages for the individual powers, it looks like the 'Limits' section has become 'Limits and Uses' section. Does anyone object to splitting them and putting D.L.'s phase-into-someone-and-knock-them-unconscious ability under a 'Uses' section and Isaac's inability to focus his precognition on a subject until the 'Limits' section? If you have a suggestion for a label other than 'Uses', please give that, as well? ([[User:Jared|Jared]] 18:56, 8 December 2006)
:I think "Limits and Uses" is fine, and the two should be kept as a single section. There's a lot of overlap, and if we separate them, we risk a lot of back and forth about ''Is this a limit? Is it a use?'' Since they're so closely related, may as well keep them together. Ok, it's just that we're doing so good keeping Special:Uncategorizedcategories clean!  :) How about the Powers article gets moved under Category:Powers, and Category:Powers is moved to a sub-cat of Category:Production (like the rest of the show-related details) --Orne 15:29, 7 December 2006 (EST)

Individual Powers Pages

Looking at the pages for the individual powers, it looks like the 'Limits' section has become 'Limits and Uses' section. Does anyone object to splitting them and putting D.L.'s phase-into-someone-and-knock-them-unconscious ability under a 'Uses' section and Isaac's inability to focus his precognition on a subject until the 'Limits' section? If you have a suggestion for a label other than 'Uses', please give that, as well? (Jared 18:56, 8 December 2006)

I think "Limits and Uses" is fine, and the two should be kept as a single section. There's a lot of overlap, and if we separate them, we risk a lot of back and forth about Is this a limit? Is it a use? Since they're so closely related, may as well keep them together. Just my thought. :) - RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 19:23, 8 December 2006 (EST)
A good point. Jared 17:07, 9 December 2006 (EST))
I'll point out that the section is designed to incorporate both lower limits (the character can do at least X) and upper limits (the character can not do Y). "Uses" are essentially a type of lower limit. --Ted C 09:20, 11 December 2006 (EST)

Examples of (insert power here)

Are we going to make articles like that for all of the powers, or just the ones wiht a ton of examples? Heroe 21:52, 6 March 2007 (EST)

  • Just the ones with lots of examples. The consensus is somewhere around 10-12 examples. — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:05, 6 March 2007 (EST)
