Remember that Flint escaped. He probably wasn't held in such a high-security cell when he was first brought into the Company, but was probably recaptured after managing to escape again. Besides, Danny Pine really doesn't seem that dangerous that he'd have to be kept in level 5. <small>Sincerely, Thrashmeister [ U | T | C ]</small> 19:21, 12 November 2008 (EST)

Hobo Colossus!

Danny Pine was captured by Thompson and Meredith Gordon.

They approach him by pretending to be interested in helping war veterans. This implies he and some of the other folks in the homeless camp are war veterans come upon hard times.

Unfortunately for the agents, their cover is blown by the fact that another person had arrived previously under the same pretense.

Pine becomes suspicious and proceeds to transmute his arm into metal, attacking Thompson.

After he transmutes his arm into metal and whacks Thompson on the head, Meredith shoots his arm with fire, apparently heating it up. This seemed to bother him. She then tasers him into submission. —Dumpster juice 23:08, 10 November 2008 (EST)

Level 5?

Was Pine taken to Level 5? I know Flint was nearby, and he was (later) in Level 5, so I'd assume he was, but was it the right set?

If he was, then we should probably assume that he escaped, like we do for Echo and Howard Grigsby. Unless, of course, there is some interview or something I'm not taking into account.--Tim Thomason 19:18, 12 November 2008 (EST)
