Derek Simmonds was an ordinary schoolboy born in London in 1996. He discovered his Evolved Human ability of Electric Manipulation in 2006. He tried to commit Suicide but was saved by Ex company agent Gabriel Bishop and starting training his ability with the few other "Cockney Heroes". He was recently put into the care of Claude Rains since Gabriel Bishop went to america and was captured in New York by the Government.Derek and Claude evaded capture by using Claude's ability of Invisibility and hiding in the shadows.
