iStory

In chapter 1 of Operation Splinter in the iStory, Jeremy Woo informs the Primatech contracted player that Primatech formed a new team called Task Force KS6 who were assigned to track down and eliminate the rogue squad. KS6 was prepared to take down the Kill Squad during their assault on Elle, but an unknown third party interfered and killed one of the Kill Squad's men and KS6 backed off.

The same Primatech contracted player is then sent to Swift Rentals to learn info. about the rented van that exploded in the incident, and a local police station to see what information they collected on the incident. The player is then directed to an apartment tower where Lloyd Collins has an apartment, and Primatech has a safe house that the Kill Squad is suspected of using. The player disables a second bomb out front and gathers intel about the squad's next mission via photos taken with the player's cell phone. A gunfight ensues between the player and an unknown person, but that person escapes. Jeremy later collects the information off the player's cell while visiting the player's hotel room.

In chapter 1 of Operation Bad Blood in the iStory, Priscilla Van Cleef informs the Pinehearst contracted player that Pinehearst agents had approached Elle in London, and were responsible for blowing up one of the Kill Squad's rented vans, which stopped the Kill Squad's assault on Elle. Pinehearst agents followed an injured squad member to an underground clinic, and the player goes there to infiltrate the Kill Squad. The player discovers the squad member is Lloyd Collins, and follows Lloyd's orders to recover a video file from a Primatech warehouse. The player delivers the video to Lloyd back at the clinic, helps him to a taxi, and then heads to an apartment tower the Kill Squad used as a safe house.

Per Lloyd's instructions, the same Pinehearst contracted player sets a bomb to go off outside the apartment tower building, and then uses the time before the bomb is supposed to go off to investigate Lloyd's apartment or the safe house inside the building. The player gathers intel about the squad's next mission, and then gets into a gunfight with an unknown assailant that has disabled the bomb. The player is able to escape and reports back the incident to Lloyd by phone.
