Claire's birth year

Hi, ZyberGoat. I noticed you changed Claire's birth year from 1990 to 1991 on the timeline. She was reported by the Odessa Register as being 18 months old during the fire, which took place on Feb 27 1992. (See the date (2/28/1992) on the newspaper cover.) If she were about 18 months old in 1992, that means she was born somewhere in the end of 1990. (See Claire_Bennet#Notes for the full explanation.) I changed the date back.
