Adam Monroe is one of the two unidentified men from The Group of Twelve.
+ Heroes: The Mobile Game lists him as being one of the founders of the company.
Adam Monroe is Kensei. Kensei's symbol seems to be heavily connected to the Company, which was partially founded by Monroe. None of the identified men in the Group of Twelve appear to be Kensei. It is possible that Monroe/Kensei is a founder and not connected to the group of twelve.
+ The other names mentioned in the game are pivotal characters, so it seems possible that we met Monroe, in the form of Kensei.
- Kensei's power seems to be rapid cell regeneration, and it is unknown if this includes longevity.
Adam Monroe is Elle's father. Elle's father appears to be a high member of the Company. (The Kindness of Strangers)
The other known Company founder names introduced (like Maury Parkman) seem to be pivotal to the plot of the volume.
+ If Elle's father is an as-yet-unseen character, than it makes sense that he would be the mysteriously hinted at Monroe.
