{{note}} If Sylar is to die from it, he would have either done as he got the power, as an indication of recieving the blood clot from the enhanced memory was probably with age, and Sylar is probably older than Charlie. However, Sylar could of course take years to die from the blood clot if that is what it is from, as all evolved humans are born with such abilities and Charlie only got the blood clot after a certain period of time.
