Also Daphne could in fact run far more faster than the speed of sound, possibly at Hypersonic speed. Also, if Hiro stops time, he stops everything; molecules, atoms, cells. So not only does Daphne's ability give her "super speed" it effects her biologically - allowing her cells, molecules, electrons to move fast as well.
