Paul E. Sylar is another son of Mr. Gray and brother to Gabriel Gray who also took the watch-brand name "Sylar" as an alias. He has been replaced by Gabriel Gray, so he doesn't exist on the show.

The "Sylar watch" could be from his genetic father, Paul. + Paul E. Sylar may have been an earlier encounter of Gabriel at a young age that was an evolved human.
