Usutu does not have the ability of precognition. He gains it artificially. For now this might be true because Matt seems to enter a trance after consuming Usutu's food, and then listens to Usutu's walkman.
Part of Usutu's ability is to allow others to experience his visions. Matt has a vision of the future after eating Usutu's food and listening to his walkman. Since Usutu's visions are focused on Matt, perhaps only Matt is able to experience them. This might also only be possible because of Matt's telepathy.

+ The food and walkman are only to put Matt's mind in the right state of consciousness, much like Isaac's heroin, but Usutu is able to access his ability without them. Matt has to be in Usutu's presence to channel his vision.
+ The turtle is magic.

Usutu does not exist, but is part of a nightmare created by Matt's father. Maury is free, and making people see Linderman.
Maury wants Daphne to recruit Matt. (Angels and Monsters)
+ Maury could have access to real precognitive visions, as well as Matt's memories to turn into "paintings" in the nightmare. Maury wants Matt to go with Daphne, so he gives Matt a vision of being married to her.
+ Matt says his vision of the future felt more like he was "really there". This sounds more like one of Maury's nightmares than a vision.
+ The whole experience has a nightmarish feel, and Usutu's appearance is much to convenient to be coincidental. Future Peter could have actually teleported Matt to a cell in The Company like Peter, or somewhere similarly accessible to Maury. Why would he send Matt to Africa?

+ The turtle as Matt's "spirit guide" is a very dreamlike element.

- It's incredible then how he matched Daphne's presence with the real future. I mean, if didn't matt saw the all thing with peter aswell? Or did Maury created all that in Peter's mind?

- If Matt was already trapped in one of Maury's nightmares, it should have been a simple matter for Maury to capture Matt without him realizing it. Why, then, go to the trouble of sending Daphne?

- Hiro was sent on a mission from Pinehearst to get Usutu.

- Except for Molly, who was telepathically looking for him, Maury appears to need to be in his victim's presence to create his illusions.

- Maury is dead and Hiro and Ando are still seeing him.

Usutu's mention of "the dark son rises" is a reference to Gabriel or Peter Usutu speaks this in "Eris Quod Sum" This is blatant double-speak, and literally could mean the "Dark Son"
- He could have said SUN and not SON, meaning an eclipse.

+ Both men are Arthur's sons, and have reasons to be considered 'evil.'
