About
Anthony's first professional jobs were in the music industry: he worked for Warner Bros. Records (as a dance music promotion manager), Sony Records, and Virgin Records (as an A&R manager). After leaving the music business, went to school for hair styling and landed a job as an assistant hair stylist at Umberto's in Beverly Hills, which lead to his first job in the entertainment industry. Since then, Anthony has worked on Pirates of the Caribbean, Charlie's Angels, Domino, 'Til Death, Numb3rs, Celebrity Duets, The Wayne Brady Show, The Insider, Entertainment Tonight, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Heroes, among other works.
Anthony's lifelong study of human nature provoked him to share his unique philosophies on relationships as an informal expert. Seeing the instant behavioral changes he brought to many individuals, he decided to share his expertise with a much wider audience. Anthony's first medium was as an advice columnist for the 3rd Street Villager newspaper. He later wrote a self-help manuscript for men called East of Venus which was turned into a television script. This successful experience compelled him to write If You Like Chocolate Eat Chocolate. Anthony is currently writing his next book, The American Breast Feeder.
Trivia
- Anthony graduated from University of New Mexico where he studied theater arts and film criticism. He later enrolled in the hair styling program at Wilfred Beauty Academy and graduated at the top of his class.
