Debra McGuire is a costume designer for Heroes.

Debra McGuire has been the costume designer for numerous television shows and movies. Her television credits include Undeclared, Freaks and Geeks, and What About Brian. Her movie credits include Orange County, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, and The 40 Year Old Virgin. She also started her own clothing line, "Style Maker," on the Home Shopping Network. However, Debra's most prolific costume design has been for the television show Friends.

Following Heroes, Debra designed costumes for the television shows Starter Wife and New Girl, and for the films Scream 4, Bad Teacher, and Wanderlust.

Debra has designed costumes for many episodes of Crossing Jordan (which was created by Tim Kring). She has also worked on The Rape of Doctor Willis (starrring Tina Lifford), Judging Amy (starring Adrian Pasdar, Conroe Brooks, Erick Avari and John Prosky, and Karl T. Wright), For the Future: The Irvine Fertility Scandal (starring Cristine Rose), Romy and Michele: In the Beginning (starring Dania Ramirez), What About Brian (starring Greg Grunberg), Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (starring Missi Pyle), and Friends (starring Nina Mann).

  • In addition to her costuming duties, Debra also acted in Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy--she had the infamous line with which she identified a cologne as having the same odor as a certain appendage belonging to Bigfoot.
  • Debra was nominated for an Emmy for her work on Friends.
