The Kindness of Strangers
Monica attempts to get promoted to manager, but her boss tells her that despite doing well on the test, she's not suited for the job. Later during closing, a would-be thief pulls a gun on her and forces his way into the restaurant. The thief retreats after Monica uses her ability to ward him off.

Fight or Flight
Officer Landry and another officer talk to Monica about what happened the previous night, and ask her to identify the would-be thief, whom they also mention is a gang member. She looks at Camille who gestures not to say anything. The police officers leave, and ask her to call if she changes her mind.
