About
Heroes was not the first opportunity Elle Alexander had to double for Missi Pyle--Elle did stunts for Missi in Bringing Down the House, Distractions, and The Wedding Bells. A consummate athlete, Elle has drawn upon her skills in almost every sport, weaponry, martial arts discipline, and other facet of stunts in her work. Elle's stunt credits include work in many Star Trek episodes (from Deep Space Nine and Voyager), The Bold and the Beautiful, JAG, Enemy of the State, wrestling sequences from Man on the Moon, Tim Kring's Crossing Jordan, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, and Zoey 101. Additionally, Elle coordinated stunts for WOW: Women of Wrestling, Worst Case Scenario, Americas Most Wanted, and music videos for "Hole," "Dexter Freebish," and "Goo Goo Dolls.
Elle has also had a number of noticeable acting roles. Elle had acting parts in Confidence, She Spies, Passions, and Donnie Brasco, among others. However, she is most recognized from Women of Wrestling as "Danger", the sarcastic weaponsmaster and world champion.
Trivia
- Elle's fight scene with Queen Latifah's stunt double in Bringing Down the House was nominated for a 2004 MTV Movie Award for "Best Fight Scene".
