A repairman was found and shot dead by Noah Bennet under suspicions of working with someone else like him. He had the ability to emit powerful shockwaves from his hands.
Character History
The Wall
In 1986, Noah Bennet, thinking that the repairman has information about someone similar to him, confronts him in a stairwell. The repairman fools Noah, saying that he doesn't know anyone similar to him. Then, he suddenly emits a seismic burst, knocking Noah back. He charges, ready to engage in hand-to-hand combat, but Noah pulls out his gun and shoots him dead.
Evolved Human Abilities
The repairman could emit seismic bursts. He used this to throw Noah Bennet off balance.
