Claude and Haram track down Rollo Fusor, an evolved human whose ability to rapidly dehydrate water from whatever he touches has been used to bankrupt many European elite.
Character History
Graphic Novel:Golden Handshake, Part 1
In 1990, the company sends Claude Rains and his first partner Haram to the French Riviera after Rollo. Rollo is found on a yacht, with two apparent hostages, a man named Monsieur Pizet, and a woman Rollo identifies as Pizet's "lovely lady friend". When Haram demands that Rollo let the hostages go, Rollo threatens to denotate explosives.
Powers
Rollo Fusor has the ability of dehydration. He is able to remove water from whatever he touches. Haram says that Fusor "sucks the life out of his victims".
