Sue Landers walks through her office (location unknown) with co-workers calling out "Happy birthday!" Sue enters her office to find Sylar standing there, holding a package. Sylar states that he has a delivery for her, but she replies that he doesn't. Sylar asks how she was able to figure that out. He telekinetically slams the office door and throws Sue against the wall, slicing the top of her head off like he always used to, exclaiming "I almost forgot how good this felt."
