The Company is a covert organization whose mission is to track Specials, and to capture, contain, or rehabilitate the dangerous ones. It works under the cover company of Primatech Solutions, Inc., Intl., formerly Primatech Paper, Inc. Much of its funding is filtered through the budget of the defunct Office of Special Human Affairs of the U.S. Government.

Organization

The head of the Company is the Company Director.

The Company has multiple regional offices. There are currently four in the United States. Each regional office is run by a Regional Director. The Regional Director oversees the heads of each department.

The Martial Department oversees the various field agents. The department is usually run by an Agent Supervisor, though the Regional Director may act in this capacity. Other employees of this department might be Agent Trainers, who train agents in martial arts and firearms, and Agent Coordinators, who run the Agent Arrangement Division by performing duties to prepare agents for missions, including preparing and cleaning firearms and creating false identities.

The Scientific Research Department acts as the Research & Development division of the regional office. They study abilities and design specialty weapons for agents. The department is run by a Scientific Head and employs scientists and lab technicians.

The Medical Department acts as a hospital for injured agents and Specials. It is run by a Medical Head and employs medical professionals, a mix of doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel.

The Technology Department runs the Company's computer needs. It is run by a Technology Head and employs various programmers and technicians.

The Human Resources Department performs duties involved in employment, including recruiting, hiring, firing, and payroll.

Locations

The Company has four locations inside the continental United States.

Hartsdale

The Headquarters of the Company is housed in Hartsdale, New York. It is the largest department.

Barstow

The second largest office of the Company is located in Barstow, California.

Odessa

The Company ran a regional office in Odessa, TX. It was destroyed on December 22, 2012 during the Odessa Disaster by an explosion created by a newborn Hannah Petrelli. It was replaced by the Midland Office.

New Orleans

The Company runs a regional office in New Orleans, Louisiana. It is one of the newer offices, established sometime between 2007 and 2011.

Midland

The Company runs a regional office in Midland, Texas. It was built to replace the Odessa Office, which was destroyed during the Odessa Disaster in 2012. It was establish around 2025 by Meredith Gordon.
