Richard Hardy was an evolved human with the ability to create and manipulate fire. He helped Garrett escape from prison and they were partners until Garrett betrayed Richard, killing him brutally. Later, while Dylan and Desmonde fight Garrett and defeat him, Richard shows up and he's alive. He is has now chosen to work with the company and he killed Garrett getting his revenge.
