* I've been asked this quite a bit, so I have it all rehearsed, lol. It breaks into The-Requiem-Bell-Is-Here. I went through an emo phase that still lingers, so I've kept it on. A requiem is a funereal mass and the church bell is one of the main instruments used. It's also a line from the Haunted Mansion ride at Disney World! (Albeit warped a little). ** So you're involved in funerals or you just liked that Haunted Mansion ride? I liked the ride, and thought it was cool use of holographics when they automated putting in a ghost beside me in the ridecar such that you could see it in mirrors. In case you're interested, here's the script from that portion of the ride:

GRIM GRINNING GHOSTS:
When the crypt doors creak and the tombstones quake
Spooks come out for a swinging wake
Happy haunts materialize
And begin to vocalize
Grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize

Now don't close your eyes and don't try to hide
Or a silly spook may sit by your side
Shrouded in a daft disguise
They pretend to terrorize
Grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize

As the moon climbs high over the dead oak tree
Spooks arrive for the midnight spree
Creepy creeps with eerie eyes
Start to shriek and harmonize
Grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize

When you hear the knell of a '''requiem bell'''
Weird glows gleam where spirits dwell
Restless bones etherealize
Rises spooks of every size
<villainous laugh>

GHOST HOST:
Ah, there you are. And just in time. There's a little matter I
forgot to mention: beware of hitchhiking ghosts. They have selected
you to fill our quota, and they'll haunt you until you return. Now
I will raise the safety bar, and a ghost will follow you home.

GRIM GRINNING GHOSTS:
If you would like to join our jamboree
There's a simple rule that's compulsory
Mortals pay a token fee
Rest in peace; the haunting's free
So hurry back we would like your company

LITTLE LEOTA:
Hurry back, hurry back. Be sure to bring your death certificate if
you decide to join us. Make final arrangements now. We've been
dying to have you.

I fixed the image links for Elle's First Assignment, Part 1. Is that what you meant? Or is there something else with the font that you wanted?--MiamiVolts (talk) 21:32, 11 December 2007 (EST)

  • I believe template:GN wasn't working correctly--the name of the graphic novel was not showing up bold for some reason on the page. I believe it was because it was doing a pos search in the PAGENAME for a term with an apostrophe--for some reason it didn't like that too much. I took out the apostrophe and everything is dandy now. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:43, 11 December 2007 (EST)
