When Hiro Nakamura visits the future, he sees a massive explosion in New York, NY on November 8th.
About
Genesis
While overdosing on heroin, Isaac Mendez paints a gigantic painting of a massive explosion directly on the floor of his apartment.
Don't Look Back
Eight weeks in the future, Hiro Nakamura goes to Isaac's apartment, but finds the artist dead, an apparent victim of Sylar. When police arrive and question him about Isaac's death, he witnesses the same massive explosion Isaac's painting had predicted, but manages to jump back to the past before the blast hits.
Seven Minutes to Midnight
In the secret facility within Primatech Paper Co. in Odessa, TX, Mr. Bennet has Eden McCain persuade Isaac Mendez to use heroin and produce another painting.
Homecoming
Isaac's new painted shows an exploding figure. Mr. Bennet deems it worthless in his hunt for Sylar.
Fallout
Peter Petrelli has a vision of Manhattan, which seems to be deserted except for the heroes, who are all at the scene. They are all looking at Peter strangely, and something is clearly wrong. Peter then starts to glow, as if he is about to explode, resembling Isaac's painting.
