Meredith and Flint are siblings.	None.	+ Meredith and Flint both are pyrokinetic. - Not everyone with the same powers are related (i.e. Claire and Adam, West and Nathan, David and Tracy, Knox and Niki, D.L. and Samir Mellouk, Usutu and Isaac, Daphne and Future Agent etc.) + Not everyone with the same powers are not related (i.e. Maury and Matt, Abu Aswan and Khufu, and to an extent, Peter, Sylar, and Arthur, whose abilities all allow them to do the same thing) • Nothing has yet suggested that the character David had the ability to freeze things. On that note, Niki and Knox's strengths are derived from different things. Niki's is simply there while Knox's comes from fear. + Flint has blond hair and blue eyes, as does Meredith. - Flint's head is shaved, you can't tell what color his hair is. Also, lots of people have blond hair and blue eyes. By that logic, Meredith is also related to millions of people. • Flint's assignment tracker lists him as having blonde hair. • It goes without saying that a similarity such as this within Heroes is more significant than if it was between two random strangers in real life... + Both talk with a some what of a southern accent.

None.	+ All three characters create fire. - Ted Sprauge had the ability to create radiation not fire. • Related evolved humans usually don't have the same powers (example: Hawkins family, Peter and Nathan, Claire's family), though some do (Matt and Maury Parkman), while others have related powers (Maya and Alejandro).
Meredith is a daughter of Adam Monroe.	None.	+ Adam's regenerative abilities have allowed him to live a lot longer than normal people. So he could be Meredith's father. + Meredith's daughter, Claire, also has Adam's regenerative abilities. + Meredith, her daughter Claire, and Adam all have blond hair. • 2% of the world's population have blonde hair. That's over 130 million people, 28.5 times the population of New York. • Adam has been around for 4+ centuries he could be the father of countless numbers of the children so narrowing down to one person without substantial proof is hard to believe. • It might account for how Meredith seems resistant to her powers, like in the scene where she depletes the oxygen supply or how she survived the explosion. Then again it could just be because of her powers.
Meredith will meet up with Peter.	None.	+ In the Dark Future, Peter had fire powers. - Peter may have aquired these powers from someone else with the same abilities. - The explosion was prevented, so the Dark future will not happen. + That doesn't mean that they won't meet at some point in the future as the last time Peter was seen, he was in Texas in "Powerless". - Meredith said she is going to Mexico and if Nathan dies, most likely his body (and Peter) will travel back to New York for burial services. • Meredith could come to the funeral though, as she was once in love with Nathan, and will probably be there to get his money. + Meredith is seen in one of the trailers for season three. It is likely that she will meet Peter. - Peter has absorbed pyrokinesis from Flint, as seen is I Am Become Death. - That doesn't mean they won't meet at some point. The theory is whether or not Meredith and Peter will meet, not whether or not Peter will absorb pyrokinesis from Meredith. + Regardless of Peter absorbing pyrokinesis, they may run into each other because of thier ties with Claire.
Meredith and Flint's abilities are different.	None.	+ Flint's fire surrounds his hands were as Meredith's comes from her palm. - By that logic, the powers of Nathan and West are different because we haven't seen West fly as fast as Nathan. • We have yet to see Flint survive a lack of oxygen like Meredith did. - Both abilities generate fire.
