Mr. Bennet has a power unknown to The Company, possibly an enhanced intuition.	None.	+ Bennet says, "I don't know what to do." and Thompson replies with "Is that a new sensation for you Bennet?" (Company Man) He knows exactly how to get Matt Parkman and Ted Sprague out of their cells, he knows where everything is in their cells and he knows what Ted needs to do to cause the power to go out. (.07%) This explains a lot of how Mr. Bennet gets out of his sticky situations. - It could well be that Bennet had a hand in designing the cells, and built in the items necessary for escape because he suspected that he might someday end up in one. Or he might just have used the cells enough to know them very well. - The Company seems to keep close tabs on everyone, especially people who work for them. It's hard to explain how Mr. Bennet might have slipped under the radar. - His "power" could simply be intuitiveness and the ability to improvise which are just as much natural gifts as powers. - His actor, Jack Coleman, has stated in interview that he believes (and hopes) that Mr Bennet will not be shown to have an ability. - The company teams operate in pairs with one normal human and a superpowered one as a means to, quoting Thompson, "keep everyone honest". Bennet first worked with Claude, who possesses invisibility, and later the Haitian, who has memory manipulation and power negation abilities.

Since an identical power can be shared by more than one person (Claude indicated he had worked with empaths prior to Peter), the Company just needs to find another person with the same power as Molly to re-activate.  It would be far wiser to abduct Molly and have her locate others with the same power she has to preemptively get them before the Company does.
