Plus, the fact Claire survived the fire as a baby proves that she had the ability from birth. - Only her mother and maternal uncle were shown to have powers. - Noah was seen holding Claire after the fire, so he saved her. - Claire only began displaying a power in Six Months Ago. • It is unknown as to whether Noah knows that The Company developed a formula to grant people abilities.

Angela states that the company was formed to hide people with abilities from the world at all costs (1961).	+ Noah has never mentioned the powers of the the Company's founders besides Angela (whom has kept Noah under her wing). - It isn't know if Linderman could kill with his ability, like Jeremy could. + It hasn't been said that Linderman couldn't kill with his ability; Jeremy Greer's ability is listed as healing touch, which implies there is not a separate healing-only power for Linderman to have.
Noah has a power.	His statement to Jeremy Greer.	+ Noah is only about 5-6 years older than Nathan who discovered his power in 2006. Nathan would've turned 40 according to Angela in the opening episodes of Season 4. - Noah said his "power" is to understand evolved humans, but he couldn't understand Sylar. - Noah worked in the Company for fifteen years, they would've known if he had a power. It would have violated the "one of us, one of them" policy. + Elle Bishop and the Haitian worked together to catch Adam Monroe and Peter Petrelli. They are both one of them. - Adam was someone certifiably dangerous, and he had Peter, who he manipulated to aid him. Not the usual bag and tag mission. - We don't know to what extent "one of us, one of them" goes to, Angela called herself an "us" to Noah, "us" could mean human or non-offensive evolved human. + It is unknown if Angela wanted Noah to know of her status as an evolved human at that point. - Noah may have been stretching the truth (as he often does) to calm Jeremy down and gain his trust. His understanding of how evolved humans operate may simply be based on his decades of experience working for The Company, combined with very keen "Batman-like" powers of observation. Sylar likewise appeared very skilled in "understanding" evolved humans (his realization that Maya could control her power on her own) despite being without abilities from the Shanti Virus.
