The Watcher is/was from Canada (or at least spent time there).	None	+ An evolved human with nervous system manipulation was mentioned on the assignment tracker map. That special was living in Canada. + The Watcher's ability seems rather unique (like puppet master or age transferal) so it is unlikely that the one in Canada and the Watcher are different people.. + The Watcher's insanity could easily have landed him on the Company's radar. • It has nothing to do with him being Canadian. It has everything to do with him maybe landing on the Company's radar before. The nerve manipulator on the map was from Canada.
