That special was living in Canada. + The Watcher's ability seems rather rare (like puppet master or age transferal). + The Watcher's insanity could easily have landed him on the Company's radar. • It has nothing to do with him being Canadian. It has everything to do with him maybe landing on the Company's radar before. The nerve manipulator on the map was from Canada.
