Noah's doctor is a doctor at Mercy Heights Hospital, seen in a deleted scene from Orientation, found on the Season Four DVD.

Orientation
At Mercy Heights Hospital, Noah's doctor tells Peter that Noah has lost a lot of blood, but that he'll be fine. The doctor also tells Peter that he was lucky to have gotten there as fast as he did.
