Man on the phone
- When I watched the episode originally it sounded like at one point she calls the man on the other end of the phone "Lou." Did anyone else hear this? (Admin 23:04, 14 February 2007 (EST))

Unnamed
Hope is listed as being unnamed, and that we don't know her formal name. Is there any evidence of this, or is it just speculation. I agree, there's a really good chance Hope isn't her name, but as far as we know, it is.
