Maury wants Matt to go with Daphne, so he gives Matt a vision of being married to her. + Matt says his vision of the future felt more like he was "really there". This sounds more like one of Maury's nightmares than a vision. + The whole experience has a nightmarish feel, and Usutu's appearance is much to convenient to be coincidental. Future Peter could have actually teleported Matt to a cell in The Company like Peter, or somewhere similarly accessible to Maury. Why would he send Matt to Africa? + Usutu makes comments that don't fit with his persona as an African hermit, like "should have gone with Sprint" and "Carl Jung, Analytical Psychology." - What type of biased view of Africa do you have? You must think I wrote this message in a bottle, and someone just happened to find it, translate it, and put it on this website? + The turtle as Matt's "spirit guide" is a very dreamlike element. |
