Character History
The Wall
Noah, thinking that the repairman has information about someone similar to him, confronts him in a stairwell. The repairman fools Noah, saying that he doesn't know anyone similar to him. Then, he suddenly emits a seismic burst, knocking Noah back. He charges, ready to engage in hand-to-hand combat, but Noah pulls out his gun and shoots him dead.

The repairman could emit seismic bursts. He used this to throw Noah Bennet off balance.
