Boring
Does anyone else think this power is probably the most boring one there is. What use is there to be able to absorb sound into your body? It feels as if it was randomly created to explain Echo's capture.
- Maybe he lived next to a loud machinist shop? There are worse abilities.--MiamiVolts (talk) 12:20, 2 August 2008 (EDT)
- Yeah, I agree. I mean, how did the Company even discovered he had an ability? Besides being immune to Echo's attacks, he's just like a common deaf person. I think the writers could have created something more creative instead of just arbitrarily giving him the perfect ability to capture Echo. For example, he could have aerokinesis -- the ability to affect the movement of air -- and use it to block the sound waves (which are vibrations transmitted through the air).--Referos 13:33, 2 August 2008 (EDT)
- Well, assuming he could literally *silence* a room, it could be an easy spot. It's not that useless an ability. Could come in especially handy at Company conventions... ;)--MiamiVolts (talk) 14:57, 2 August 2008 (EDT)

- This is probably the lamest ability ever created. Are you sure he wasn't just a deaf guy? --Litox 21:23, 9 October 2008 (EDT)
