Photon manipulation is the ability to emit and control the movement of photons (particles of light).

- As of yet no Evolved humans have demonstrated this ability.

- Ted Sprague's possesed an ability that allowed him to not only generate light but other forms of electromagnetic radiation.
- Michael, a deceased Company agent had a very similar ability that only allowed him create Lasers just as users with this ability can.
