Jim Harrison was an evolved human with the ability to make razor sharp claws come out of his hands at will. He recieved this ability by an injection after losing his original ability to Garrett. He was the brother of Jeem and discovered his first ability while being chased by a dog. He was killed by Jonathan Nolen, who melted him.

His first ability had allowed him to fly, but he lost that when Garrett injected him with a virus. He was then injected with a formula that gave him an ability and he could then make razor sharp claws come out of his hands.
