The Wall
Season: Four
Episode number: 417
Planned airdate: February 15, 2010
Previous spoiler: The Art of Deception

This article contains spoilers about The Wall. For general spoilers about upcoming episodes, see Spoiler:Heroes.

Because no information has been released yet regarding further episodes after this one, going by the production codes as listed on the List of Heroes episodes page on Wikipedia, that would make this episode's production code 418, and since it was announced months before this season started that NBC ordered 18-20 episodes for this season, going by production codes alone, that makes this episode the first potential episode to be the season finale. However there are 3 other potential dates after the airdate for this episode: February 22, March 1 and March 8, which could be the airdate of the season finale (Feb. 22 would have 18th episode and prod. code 419, Mar. 1 would have 19th episode and prod. code 420, Mar. 8 would have 20th episode).

Fan Theories

  • This is reference to Pink Floyd's 1979 album "The Wall". For the album's overriding themes are based upon the causes and implications of self-imposed isolation which could mean that all the carnies leave the carnival therefore leaving Samuel alone and angry.
    • This may also refer to these feelings that will exist inside of Peter. This would also cause more of a contrast to his original state, making it more similar to the "break down" featured in The Wall.
      • Edgar will die in this episode. The term "hitting the wall" refers to the athletic types where they will have to go through loss of energy. This could mean that the episode will base around Edgar and another hero.
