Donald was related to the Liquid Man. None + They had the same ability, and appeared to have similar facial features.
- Having the same ability doesn't mean two people are related, there are several people with the same ability that aren't related.
Donald Essex is still alive. None. + Tracy managed to regenerate herself after far more dire injuries than what Donald suffered.

- Tracy doesn't have the same ability as Donald.
