Elle is the daughter of Meredith.	None	+ Meredith, Elle, and Claire resemble each other. • Little is known about Meredith's affairs to previously meeting Nathan. - It is unlikely that, upon meeting her long-lost daughter, Meredith would not tell her about her sister. - Unlike Claire and Meredith, Elle does not have an ability that would help her survive the fire. + Meredith could have conceived Elle a year or two before the fire making Elle slightly older than Claire which in reality is plausible.
