Knox paces back and forth in his cell on Level 5 at the Company.
The Butterfly Effect
After Elle accidentally disables the power grid while fighting Sylar, Knox makes his escape along with Jesse Murphy, Eric Doyle, and Flint. He is next seen at a gas station, where he and the others take their time murdering the tenants before moving on.
Evolved Human Abilities
Noah explains to Claire that Knox has the ability to feed off of people's fears, turning it into his own strength. His assignment tracker profile lists his ability as enhanced strength.
