Isn't it already broken down by episode? It's only been mentioned in SMA so far.--Hardvice (talk) 15:31, 19 December 2006 (EST)

See, I told you it'd be easy to do ... No, I thought it was mentioned way earlier in the season (maybe ep 2 or 3??) but I must be wrong. My bad! - RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 15:33, 19 December 2006 (EST)

Continued prosecution

Help clear this up for me... So Nathan hasn't really been in Linderman's pocket this whole time -- he's actually been plotting to bring Linderman down. Is this an ongoing part of the prosecution, or something else? My gut says something else, but should it be mentioned on this page? If not, do we note it somewhere other than on character histories? — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 14:26, 7 March 2007 (EST)

  • I'd say if they called in the FBI and flew to Vegas to catch him, it's something new. Nathan was a DA, not a federal prosecutor. Most racketeering is prosecuted under the federal RICO statutes, and the sting itself takes place in Nevada. Nevertheless, it feels like it should be mentioned here, though we should be clear that it's not the same case as the one the DA wanted Nathan to bring against Linderman.--Hardvice (talk) 14:53, 7 March 2007 (EST)
