Bag and Tag

After returning home from another successful day at work. Ed Miller kisses goodbye to his wife Laura who is going shopping. Later after hearing the doorbell and expecting to find Laura returning. Ed finds two mysterious men at his front door. They seem to know who he is as the man with the horned rimmed glasses calls him 'that good cop'. Ed, getting suspicious attempts to use his ability but the man's associate just smiles as nothing happens. Noah then tasers Ed and he later wakes up with no memory of what had happened.

Ed Miller is able to suspend people in whatever position they are in. Only by direct contact and concentration can Ed release them from this stupefied state. He uses his ability to apprehend criminals.
