Energy fist is the ability to generate heat and light from their hands.
Limits
This ability allows the user to actively create large amounts of heat and light from their hands and be able to use it as an offensive weapon. This ability can cause the objects that are touched by the hands to melt or burn without the same affect as fire. This ability is also not nuclear as the user's radiation level is within normal parameters and none of the objects touched by the user projected any high levels of radiation.
The user has a varying degree of control of this abilty as he is able to touch clothing and others of his choosing while his power is active without any negative reaction. In fact some who have touched it while in the controlled stage have described as being "touched by the sun." Other times, particularly when under stress, the user has caused objects near him to catch on fire or even, as a result of a gas spill, blow up.
The user's ability follows the "Rule of Ted" as he is immune from any harmful effects of his ability.
