Water transmutation is the ability to transform water into another substance through simple contact.
Limitations
The user of this ability can alter a water source through contact and transform it into another substance. The only use of this abilty was to change several gallons of water into vintage quality wine. Whether or not the water can be altered into other substances has yet to be seen.
