Penny goes to the Company's watering hole to have a drink and drown her sorrows. Not recognizing Penny because of her new look, Thompson, Jr. begins to flirt with her and, as one thing leads to another, the two end up in a motel room together.

Penny regrets picking up a fellow agent in the bar the night before. Later, Thompson's colleague comments on seeing Thompson, Jr. with a new date in the bar the night before, and mentions that he does not recall ever seeing her there before.

- In an interview, writer Mark Sable said, "I figure that since Thompson's colleague knew about Thompson's conquest, he probably was at the bar to see him leave with Penny."
