In [[The Agent chapter summaries#Chapter 402|chapter 2 of The Agent]], [[Rachel Mills]] reviews "HG" and notes to herself that it is a very intense website. Rachel learns from the website that the woman, "HG", waged an ability-related campaign for a while, coordinating with a number of others through the website. Rachel has trouble parsing the sheer wall of information at first, and takes a break after a few minutes of writing down names and places. A minute later, Rachel walks back to her computer with drink in hand and from a distance, far enough back that she can't read text, sees that she has been thinking too hard. She whispers aloud that she is going to shut down the messenger.

Before I go further…I digress…

I have a special [[ability]]. If it's digital information, [[EDT|I can see it]], hear it, navigate it, and manipulate it. I don't need to plug into a desktop of a PDA to do so either. It all just comes to me.

Don't ask me how. It's one of the answers I'm seeking. This Bennet guy may have given me this ability. Injected it into me. Built me this way. Made it "manifest". Maybe it was always in me. Not sure. He also seems to be tracking me.

Whether he is setting a trap for me or just wants to exploit the [[EDT|skills]] he helped me develop, the phrase "shut it all down" is just too enticing for me not to pursue the documents associated with this file number. Will update you when I know more.

Pay close attention. This is important. It may be the most important thing we ever do.

The [[Nathan|Petrelli]] [[campaign|election]] is being rigged. [[Linderman]] owns the company that designed the new voting system purchased by the New York State Voting Authority. Linderman's top software engineers have created a "logic bomb" to tamper with the results, but I think one of them may have turned and hidden the log-in information on the web.

I was able to link to the backend of the voting system's remote interface. Below are the locks. We need to find the keys. But this is beyond hacking into a firewall -- the codes are buried deep.

I'm investigating further and will be in touch tomorrow with information that should help us get inside and put a stop to Linderman's plans.

The code for the first box is "CLSx172". This was the "incorrect" password for the [[primatechpaper.com]] files area which Hana provided during the [[Heroes Interactive]] session for ''[[Heroes Interactive:The Fix|The Fix]]''. It can also be discovered by following clues from [[brianundaunted]]'s blog.

The code for the second box is "Lac Long Quan", [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lac_Long_Quan based on a myth] of the father of the Vietnamese people and husband to [[Au Co]] from the same pantheon.

The code for the third box is "2007:0db8:85a3:08d3:1319:8a3e:0270:7234". This code is also discovered following clues from [[brianundaunted]]'s blog.

Entering a correct code brings up a message allowing the user to enter a username and email address "for credit".

Clicking "WATCH VIDEOCONFERANCE" plays a brief videoclip of [[Linderman]]'s software engineers [[Brianundaunted|Brian]] and Kelly discussing the voting test with an election official named Walter. Clicking "OPEN VOTING PORTAL" starts the vote hacking flash game; the goal is to click as many votes for Candidate02 in the time allotted. After the time has expired, the player's score is displayed and a congratulatory message from Hana is displayed. Players can enter a name and email address to receive credit for their contribution.

Hana's website is a weblog that is part of NBC.com's Heroes Evolutions experience.

About

Hana's website consists of a number of blog posts and a sidebar with fan-submitted tips. Hana's posts include information about the ARG, including passwords and instructions for the secret files area of primatechpaper.com, links to other Heroes Evolutions sites like activatingevolution.org, audio files from Mr. Bennet's voicemail, and other information Hana has uncovered, such as blueprints for the Company's needle or images from the Lonestar File.

Hana will frequently contact ARG participants by text message or email to announce new posts at her website. Additionally, participants have been able to provide content for the site by leaving voicemails for Mr. Bennet or by sending Hana tips by text message.

On February 17, 2009, Hana's website was updated with a hidden message corresponding with iStory "The Agent". Visitors to the site can see the message by putting together the words colored as green text. The completed message reads "Important messages: HG gone. If you would be alone without help, hold tight, fear the government. Email wireless@samantha48616e61.com. Someone can help. Don't worry."

On February 24, 2009, Hana's website was updated again with a new hidden message that pops up when solving the sliding puzzle, which has a new color. The message reads "HOWIE: GO TO ELLEN'S NOW. SHE WILL HELP YOU. DON'T BE SCARED."

A few days later, Hana began posting some of the tips she received in the sidebar.

Mr. Bennet's voicemail

On February 12, 2007, Hana sent the following text message to players:

Got Bennet's access code! Call 1-800-PRIMA16. Entr: 42307#. Tell em u r on 2 him. Just dn't say wht we're up 2. VMs may b mde public @ samantha48616e61.com

A similar message was also added to the "Important Messages" sidebar of the site. Hana later posted two batches of fan-submitted voicemails on February 19, 2007 and March 26, 2007.

The needle

On March 14, 2008 a message was sent, directing to http://www.samantha48616e61.com/needle.shtml, a 3D model of the needle. On the page "Privacy Policy" is misspelled as "Privacy Pollicy".

The Agent

On February 24, 2009 the puzzle Drucker sent Hana was changed to have altered coloration.

After completing the puzzle, the screen goes black and a message from Rebel pops up.

Following Chapter 5, “The Mystery of Kensei”, Hana Gitelman hacks into yamagatofellowship.org with a pop up and a link to her blog.

The Agent

In chapter 2 of The Agent, Rachel Mills reviews "HG" and notes to herself that it is a very intense website. Rachel learns from the website that the woman, "HG", waged an ability-related campaign for a while, coordinating with a number of others through the website. Rachel has trouble parsing the sheer wall of information at first, and takes a break after a few minutes of writing down names and places. A minute later, Rachel walks back to her computer with drink in hand and from a distance, far enough back that she can't read text, sees that she has been thinking too hard. She whispers aloud that she is going to shut down the messenger.
