• What cars did you model in the scene of the school parking lot? Do you find auto's harder to draw than other backgrounds or people? Was that the biggest challenge for this section?   • From Ryan Odagawa: "I used the Pontiac Solstice, because that's my friend's car and my Scion Tc. Funny thing is the Solstice is the exact same car as Jazz from the Transformers movie." "Biggest challenge was to get picture reference of my friends, who live all around and a few that live in Florida. Screencaps

I gotta run, but I just noticed that the main image might need some work. I'm not opposed to the choice of image (though it's not my favorite--I like to avoid cutting off text boxes when possible), it's just that it's not uploaded over Image:Gn betty p2.jpg, which I linked on the site last night. We'll probably have to upload over Image:Gn betty p2.jpg, and then either delete Image:Betty2cap.JPG or just use it somewhere else. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 07:56, 3 July 2007 (EDT)

Timeline

Part 1 listed this series of graphic novels as occuring "not long ago". I would assume 1990's or later, but I haven't noticed any evidence to narrow it down.--MiamiVolts (talk) 22:19, 3 July 2007 (EDT)

Let me guess... I can see the plot now...

Here's my prediction...

Part 3, the jocks sought revenge on Ren, and somehow accidentally killed him. Betty vows revenge.

Part 4, Betty sought revenge, big incident, brought her to attention of Primatech, and took new name of Candice.

• Fixed the name (should be Candice with an 'i' according to on-screen credits). I think that there's at least two other ways it could go if Betty is with/near Ren when they attack him:

1) She tries to help, but only ends up making things worse. Ren ends up dead and Betty ends up in the hospital, when her dad, Mr. Linderman, walks in and tells her everything is going to be okay...

2) She tries to help and manages to scare away the jocks, but Ren and possibly others discover her power. Ren ends up dispising Betty, and the principal expells her and Ren. She goes home to tell her dad what happened. Then we find out that it's Mr. Linderman and he tells her everything is going to be alright...--MiamiVolts (talk) 18:37, 4 July 2007 (EDT)

Groups

Rumor kids - I think this should be 'Betty's High School Rumor Kids' if we go for a group, but I rather think it'd work better as a theme called 'rumors'. And there's two rumors in Betty, Part 2: one rumor stems from the Crash/Betty incident and the other from when Betty (as Mallory) notes that it could have been the alt-crowd that got to Crash.

Betty's classmates - They show a few in her Chem class that are also in the lunch crowd, but they don't really have a purpose so not worthy of a group, right?

The bathroom cheerleaders of Betty's High School - these three cheerleaders hang out in the bathroom... I think it is worthy of a group

Betty's High School Football Team - since they seem to be planning payback as a group, they might be deserving of group status.

• I agree, the "rumor kids" are not really a group. It's basically the entire high school, and it's nothing that can't be summarized on Betty's high school's page. I wouldn't make the bathroom cheerleaders a group--they're just three friends, not the entire squad. I'm sure the girls have other friends, and to point out just those three seems odd to me. The football team might make a nice article. However, if they're never mentioned again, I think it might be too minor--personally, I would wait until we see what happens in Parts 3 and 4. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 13:21, 5 July 2007 (EDT)

      • In case anyone is looking for the rumor stuff, it didn't really pertain to the location so when it was removed from the page and threatened to be deleted I moved most of it to a subpage which I eventually want to become a theme called gossip.--MiamiVolts (talk) 18:22, 12 May 2008 (EDT)
