This article really needs to be reworked, especially since the majority of the graphic novels from now until the start of [[Season Three]] will focus on different partnerships. I have some ideas for what the direction of the page should look like, but I wanted to solicit the ideas of others before I say anything. What does everybody else think this page needs? -- {{User:Ryangibsonstewart/sig}} 16:55, 28 May 2008 (EDT)

Revision as of 20:55, 28 May 2008

I like the idea for this page, especially in light of Chuck Kim's recent EW interview about the upcoming five-month story arc we will see in the graphic novels. However, I would call the page "Company partnerships". -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 15:24, 15 April 2008 (EDT)

  • It does sound like a good idea; and I agree about "Company partnerships" as the theme's name. However, I still think it should be in the user's namespace until it's ready.--MiamiVolts (talk) 15:27, 15 April 2008 (EDT)
    • Why not make it a stub? We have a ton of articles in the mainspace that are not complete. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 15:39, 15 April 2008 (EDT)
    • Please don't delete this page I made it. I know it is not finished but is there realy enythinh missing?Do we have eny more info then is on it already? yer we need some pics and stuff and probs a template --Rbfskywalker 17:14, 15 April 2008 (EDT)
      • Barring some surge of hatred from the community, I don't have any intention of deleting the page. And even in that case, I would just move it to the user namespace. It's a good idea for a page and is becoming increasingly more important to keep track of partnerships. I only wish I had thought of it first! -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:02, 15 April 2008 (EDT)
  • Change name to list of company field partnerships?--Rbfskywalker 16:07, 16 April 2008 (EDT)

Images

Enyone got eny pics of Mohinder and his partners? Thanks --Rbfskywalker 11:30, 16 April 2008 (EDT)

The two images of Noah and the Haitian are both after they ended their employment under the Company. Should we instead put in images of when they actually worked for the organization?--Paronine 18:09, 15 April 2008 (EDT) Good point, done :) --Rbfskywalker 18:22, 15 April 2008 (EDT)

Sections

I don't think this page really needs a section for each episode--that's really what the article about the Company is for. I think it'd be neat to see this page broken into sections that list each partnership, and then have a short narrative about each partnership. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:04, 15 April 2008 (EDT)

  • That makes even more sense. --DocM 21:05, 15 April 2008 (EDT)

Other partnerships

Other Company partnerships to consider adding: Noah Bennet and Candice Willmer, Kaito Nakamura and Victoria Pratt, Daniel Linderman and Arthur Petrelli, Noah Bennet and Eden McCain, Noah Bennet and Hana Gitelman, Hank and Lisa.--MiamiVolts (talk) 15:47, 16 April 2008 (EDT)

  • I can se where uoi are comnig from:

I could go with as say part-time partners;
Noah Bennet and Eden McCain
But Icouldn't go for;
Hank and Lisa
sientists who pose as perents
Noah Bennet and Candice Willmer
Noah is not working for the company when they are toghter
Noah Bennet and Hana Gitelman
He is just training her
Daniel Linderman and Arthur Petrelli
Freinds, in nam, not in the company working togheter
Kaito Nakamura and Victoria Pratt
Nefo no, he is just her boss. --Rbfskywalker 16:07, 16 April 2008 (EDT)

  • I don't know if Hank and Lisa were partners, but they were definitely paired together; there's no evidence Lisa is a scientist. Noah and Candice definitely did work together--they went to talk to Isaac together, and Candice is actually Noah's last partner. I agree that the other groups were not partnerships. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 19:33, 16 April 2008 (EDT)
    • Ivan and Noah were partners. It was kind of a threesome with Maarten, I guess. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:37, 16 April 2008 (EDT)
      • I think they where just training him--Rbfskywalker 03:11, 17 April 2008 (EDT)
        • Does training not count as a partnership? Who's to say that other partnerships weren't also "just training" partnerships? I would say that we should note the nature of the partnership in the description, but that it's not up to us to decide what constitutes a partnership and what doesn't. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 07:43, 17 April 2008 (EDT)
    • What about The Haitian and Elle Bishop? Were they not partners before he got sick and high-tailed it outta there again?--Tim Thomason 23:11, 16 April 2008 (EDT)
      • Let's see: the Haitian erased Elle's memory sometime around October 2006 (Elle's First Assignment), then the two pair up to go after Peter and Adam in March 2007 (Four Months Later...). Odd. But yes, they were definitely paired up on a mission. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 23:49, 16 April 2008 (EDT)
        • They both have powers though :S--Rbfskywalker 03:11, 17 April 2008 (EDT)
