*Good stuff. I guess that would explain why she'll be back for at least two more episodes. — [[User:Ryangibsonstewart|RyanGibsonStewart]] ([[User talk:Ryangibsonstewart|talk]]) 11:06, 21 February 2007 (EST) |

On the NBC webpage, her name is listed as Simone Devere. Webmaster typo? ---- ![]()

- Nevermind, it's only on the mainpage and when you click on her briefcase. ----

- According to Oliver Grigsby, her name was changed from 'Devere' to 'Deveaux' at the last minute so the could have the "Deveaux Society". I'm guessing that's because there's already a "Devere Society". But yeah, there are still a couple places on NBC that call her "Devere".--Hardvice (talk) 22:02, 8 January 2007 (EST)
- Hardvice, do you have a source for Oliver Grigsby's comment? I added it to Simone's page as a note - an interview link or something would be good. - RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:11, 8 January 2007 (EST)

Death - jumping the gun shark?
While I know we were promised a death, do we want to wait until the next episode to get confirmation on this? Granted, two gunshot wounds to the chest usually guarantee death, I'm just a little hesitant to automatically pronounce her dead immediately after the shooting. Maybe the newest graphic novel will confirm it. --ZyberGoat 22:48, 19 February 2007 (EST)
- I thought the same thing but wasn't going to mention it. I'd say there's a 98% chance Simone is dead, but there's always the slight possibility... --Fcphantom 23:30, 19 February 2007 (EST)
- I remember an interview suggesting that the actress playing Simone and the actor playing Peter were not getting along, meaning one was going to leave (certainly not Peter since he's what Darwin was talking about (great line by Claude)). Just can't remember the exact source, think that E! chick. Bob
- Well, USA Today's running an article that has Tawny Cypress saying her character is dead. While I know we don't consider outside interviews as sources, it's enough for me to drop my quasi-protest. --ZyberGoat 23:35, 19 February 2007 (EST)
- Ultimately, until Simone is shown dead, or until someone mentions her death, she needs to be listed as still alive, with her possible death listed in the notes. It's the same with Dr. Witherson -- until we know she's dead, she's not. Everything else is speculation. Simone was still talking in the end of the episode -- even if she does die (which I'm sure she will), it might not be for another few days. — RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 23:56, 19 February 2007 (EST)
- She is in the vision, and you know those visions have absolutely NO plotholes whatsoever. Bob
- I'm betting next week we learn that Peter can one up Claire on the regeneration field. He's an empath and a nurse. He'll kiss Simone and she'll heal up, and the show will officially jump the shark. Didn't take long, did it? Although technically? It jumped the shark when Claire woke up during her autopsy. I mean come on! Those didn't even look like ribs! -- ZachsMind 01:01, 20 February 2007 (EST)
