Sum Dum Gai is an evolved human that peacefully resides somewhere in London. But that all changes the day the agents come after him. He gets locked up, and finds that he has the ability to generate powerful blasts of sonic energy from his vocal cords.

Sum discovers that, soon after the agents invade his home, he has the ability to emit bursts of sonic energy.
