Echo will be one of the escaped villains in Volume Three	None.	+ Echo has already killed two people. - It is unknown if the Constrictor was killed, he could have only wounded him. • His eardrums were blown out of his head and there was blood all over the wall, I'd say he's pretty much dead. + It would provide a reason as to why the Webisodes were created. Tim Kring would want viewers to be introduced to the villains that will be battling there favorite Heroes.
Echo will be one of the new hero in Volume Three	None.	+ In the two chapters of webisodes he didn't show psychopathic behavior. He only want to be a normal mailman with a normal life. • This somewhat appears to be the starting point of the other villains. Like Sylar - first he wanted to be special, then changed his mind and wanted to be normal again, only leading to the later events of Season One.
