Spotting an SUV with tinted windows pull up and stop close to the accident, he walks up to it and taps on the window, repeating that they can't stop there. Synopsis

Matt Parkman is directing traffic around the scene of an accident on a Los Angeles street. Spotting an SUV with tinted windows pull up and stop close to the accident, he walks up to it and taps on the window, repeating that they can't stop there. The window goes down revealing Knox in the passenger seat and two other gang members in the vehicle, one in the driver's seat and one in the back.
